16″ NEW YEAR – Northstar Letters Kit foil mylar balloons are the ultimate way to celebrate New Year’s Eve or other occasions to display “NEW YEAR”! These Northstar balloons are great for photo backdrops, on the top of balloon columns, incorporated into a balloon arches, or can be attached to string to create a celebratory banner to hang or can be taped to the wall. These balloons includes a self-sealing valve, preventing the gas from escaping after it’s inflated. Package includes straw for easy air-fill inflation. Tape and hanging devices not included. Balloons do not float and must be inflated with air. Balloons arrive uninflated.
