Beetlejuice Said Yes
Lydia Deetz didn’t want a wedding. She wanted to indulge in the existential crisis that is being an alternative girl living in an 80s world. Of course, that didn’t stop her from rocking a red wedding dress like a boss while she helped send Beetlejuice back to the grave.
Somehow she pulled it all off, and now you can too. This officially licensed gown is a full commitment to the bit red tulle, tiered ruffles, and the energy of someone who genuinely does not care that the groom is some kind of undead agent of chaos.
Design & Details
Our in-house design team put real thought into this one, and it shows. The gown features a sheer polka-dot tulle yoke, knit mesh long sleeves, and multiple layers of ruffled tulle across the shoulders and skirt. The back has a center zipper, the veil attaches with a plastic comb, and elbow-length gloves complete the look. It captures the look from the Tim Burton movie perfectly!
The included hoopskirt has an elastic waistband and four shaping hoops that give the skirt its full, tiered silhouette. It’s a lot of costume in the best way structured, sweeping, and built with more care than you’d expect at this price point.
Something Eerily Beautiful
The polka-dot tulle yoke alone is doing more work than most entire costumes. Pair it with dark lipstick and messy upswept hair and you’ve got an ensemble that lands somewhere between gothic romance and “I made a deal and I look incredible about it.” Lydia would approve.
